"What is the Precession-Time Paradox?"

In order to answer this question, we shall examine two different models that describe the observed backward movement of the equinoctial points around the Zodiac.

The various celestial mechanical cycles, inherent to both models, are consistent with their intended mathematical relationships. However, by concentrating on the phenomena of the "precession of the equinoxes" and the "solar eclipse cycle" we are allowed to reduce these mathematical relationships to an absolute minimum, whereby the rotation and revolution period of the Earth and its Moon equal "zero". It will become evident that the observed phenomena can only be explained by a force that takes our Sun and the (so to speak) "gravitationally" locked Moon and Earth with its rigid axis around another nearby star. Because a force that causes the Earth and its Moon (!) to be "pulled backward" around a stationary Sun, in order to create the same observable, is clearly of an extraordinary nature.

The Earth's axis does not gyrate around the pole of the ecliptic. In the period Tprec the Sun, together with the Earth and its Moon, revolves around a reference star that would play the role of a central sun to our entire solar system. Using this model, we could imagine the Sun and the points of the solstices fixed on a spoke of wheel that slowly turns clockwise on its axis. In one complete revolution of the Sun around its dual, the observer would record the following apparent motions and/or time phenomena:

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the Zodiac

- One revolution of the Sun around the Zodiac

- One revolution of the Moon around the Zodiac

- One revolution of the Vernal Equinox around the Zodiac

- One revolution of the reference star around the Zodiac

- No rotation of the Earth relative to the reference star

- No rotation of the Earth relative to the Sun

- No rotation of the Earth relative to the Moon

- No revolution of the Moon around the Earth

- No revolution of the Moon around the Sun

- No solar eclipse cycle along the Earth's ecliptic

- No equinoctial cycle along the Earth's ecliptic

Model II

The Sun is not moving in space; i.e. it is stationary relative to the reference star and the Zodiac. However, the Earth's axis gyrates around the pole of the ecliptic in the period Tprec. In one complete period the observer would record the following apparent motions and/or time phenomena:

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the Zodiac

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the reference star

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the Sun

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the Moon

- One revolution of the Moon around the Earth

- One solar eclipse cycle along the Earth's ecliptic

- One equinoctial cycle (tropical year) along the Earth's ecliptic

- No revolution of the reference star around the Zodiac

- No revolution of the Moon around the Sun

- No revolution of the Moon around the Zodiac

- No revolution of the Sun around the Zodiac

Model II a

As in Model II, the Sun is not moving in space; i.e. it is stationary relative to the reference star and the Zodiac. While the Earth's axis gyrates around the pole of the ecliptic in the period Tprec, the Earth is now forced to make a complete retrograde revolution around the Sun in the same period. Hence, our observer would record the following apparent motions and/or time phenomena:

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the Zodiac

- One (retrograde) rotation of the Earth relative to the reference star

- One revolution of the Sun around the Zodiac

- One revolution of the Vernal Equinox around the Zodiac

- No rotation of the Earth relative to the Sun

- No equinoctial cycle along the Earth's ecliptic

.... but what about the Moon and the solar eclipse phenomenon?

In order for the motions of the Moon to be fundamentally consistent with the observer's measurement and with our definition of time, the Moon can not remain stationary as in Model II. Based on the modified model, the Moon is also forced to perform one complete retrograde revolution around the Sun together (and in conjunction) with the Earth in the period Tprec.

As the solar eclipse phenomenon shows, the equinox and the observer's meridian is tied to the Moon's shadow and the movement of the shadow. This reality can only be explained by the motion of our Sun around its dual and not by a wobble of the Earth. Current mathematical theories of precession, that take into account the force of the Sun and the Moon, operate without consideration of the third body.
